'Naqere Estate' was a 200 acre coconut plantation during the copra industry hey day in Fiji. After copra prices took a dive in the early seventies, the property was divided up, and La Dolce Vita Holiday Villas was created in 2003 on 42 acres - from the beachfront to the hills.
We are a 40 minute drive from Savusavu, on Fiji's second largest island, Vanua Levu.
In 2004, an 8 acre island, (as shown in the photo), was incorporated into the Edenic haven and is located to the right of the main property.
Luigi Giuliani, an Australian Citizen with Italian heritage, migrated to Australia in 1955 accompanied by his mother and sister to join their father.
Since this time he established a successful concreting business in Australia and in 2001, relinquished control to his two sons, so he could pursue his dreams of living in Paradise. He also has one daughter and four grandchildren.
Together with his wife, Margaret, they have created an idyllic haven which they are happy to share with you!
